The classes are as much a moment of relaxation as of a personal challenge, and I love it! Learning to control every muscle, every joint, makes me feel much more connected to my body. I will continue practicing and will film my routines eventually. We will be able to see my improvement hihihi 🤓 💋😊 Have a wonderful Thursday 😊💋
