I was there 10 hrs today and plan to put at least 16 hrs this weekend. I’m so far behind 😖. And I have special projects that need done before the end of the month 😫. I get really stressed thinking I’m failing and hate that feeling, it’s just not good for my psyche. Also had put in an offer on a townhome. The first was countered. I went back with another counter and am waiting. You wouldn’t believe the research and analysis that I did to come up with the first offer. I felt it was a very fair offer and went above the $/sqft the previous 5 townhome had sold for within past 3 months in the new community. The last was just12/29/23. Anyway. I’m off to bed to get up at 6 am to workout before getting ready for work. Suppose the only good thing is weather will be crappy.
