








I pushed too far yesterday in my workout. I included deadlifts 3 sets 8 reps…135 lbs. I pulled my mid back muscle and it is hurting. I dug thru some old meds and found some muscle relaxers from 2017😬. I took the mild ones to work and took one when I got to work. Used ice on it, then heat. Still super sore that I took another at lunchtime. I started getting sleepy 🥱. What? It said take as needed🫣, quit judging 😂. I left work early before traffic got bad and after sleepiness eased up. I have such a hard time dialing back on a workout, but I need to tomorrow!!!!!
