


Sorry, no morning pics. I ended up running late this morning. I showed up for boxing class an no one showed up to open. I was pissed!!! I’m such a creature of habit and when you fuck with my workout routine…I’m a pain in the ass about my workout routine and hate disruption to the routine. Yea, I admit I’m anal about my workouts. 😬. People wonder how I stay motivated to workout everyday. Well, it’s simple…I go anyway…I don’t even ask myself the question if I “feel” like working out, I just do it. And that’s what it takes, consistency! Do I enjoy getting up before 5am, no, but I do it regardless. Doesn’t matter if I didn’t get to bed before midnight or 2 am or my regular 10.30…I still work out🤨. Plus workouts help with my stress relief and saves my sanity 😆.
