Day 18! I worked on fall damage today 😝 I know that seems like a silly thing to do.. but as you get older your body becomes less flexible and is more easily injured πŸ€• I’m so clumsy that I’m just one good fall away from a major injury πŸ˜… so I am trying to work on the flexibility in my knees, ankles and hips so that when I have to jump or land to catch myself it’s a lot easier on my body πŸ‘ŒπŸ» I also did a little work on arms and some cardio to finish off my day πŸ’ͺ🏻 What did you do for your body this week?
