Been 20 years since I've written. I discovered talking into the phone... voice recognition software, is not conducive for writing articles but it's good for putting thoughts down. Last time I wrote something I typed it out on Windows 95. I have two people reviewing it both are experts in the fitness industry one of the well-known Fitness industry Rider including Pro Sports product reviews. They both know me and I will share this with you here when it's done
