My best friend and I recorded this content almost two years ago as we were gearing up to host our 2nd Nude Yoga retreat.
For me... naked yoga is like coming home. It's like having a care free innocence with an adult awareness. To me, that's magic.
I am forever amazed by the wonders of the world without ever having to be naive about the way in which it works.
Nudity is natural. Love is natural. Compassion is natural. Abundance is natural.
I traded in what's normal for all things natural years ago, and I've been happier ever since.
When humanity as a whole gets back to what's natural we can start worrying less about what's "normal".
Normal is concerned with who you should be, natural is about who you are.
Think less, live more. You deserve love. You deserve joy. You deserve freedom, passion, fulfillment.
