✨ If I could offer any important fitness advice now it would be…
✨Go as slow as possible when beginning lifting. This is all new to your body and slow, controlled movements are SUPER effective rather than fatiguing your muscles and it later leading to injury
✨Listen to your body. If there is a day your body feels off it’s ok to rest. GROWTH happens during the resting period and is necessary.
✨ EAT. food is your friend here🥗🍑🍓🥑🍌 You’re burning calories + tearing up your muscles there fore the right foods will only HELP and never hinder your progress.
