Wanted to share some advice / thoughts about something I read that I hope you find helpful. 💭
I really am big on self-development and maintaining a structured mindset to achieve my goals. However I find myself burnt out more often than not because of trying to race to the end result instead of being patient with myself in the process.
Last night I read you have to want the struggle just as much as you want the reward. Be proud of yourself for taking small steps every day and the end result will come at the right time.
This helped me a little bit to slow down and be present. I hope this helps someone who feels they aren’t doing enough or running out of time. The joy is in the climb to your goal!
