


1 packet yeast
1 ½ cups water roughly 105-110degrees
2spoon brown sugar
Spoon honey
Mix in measuring cup til frothy
Then mix into bowl with 4 cups flour until dough ball is formed.
Remove dough ball, oil the bowl, replace dough ball into oiled bowl and cover. Let rest for an hour.
Get a pot going of 4 cups water with ¾ cup baking soda and 2 spoons of brown sugar. Low boil.
Separate and roll out dough, form pretzels. Add pretzels to water until they float, 20 seconds.
Then place on silpat. Brush with honey and egg yolk mix. Salt with kosher salt. Bake at 450 for 10ish minutes. Remove from heat, brush with melted butter.
Eat hot.
