Apparently Pork shoulder picnic roast has the skin attached. So, not one to give up easily..I wielded my little flowery blade kitchen knife that’s as dull as the date you went on last week and I went to work..for an HOUR to cut this skin off. 😅 whew. Won’t get this cut ever again. Will let y’all know how my Texas BBQ pulled pork sandwiches with Sweet Hawaiian bread turn out tomorrow! So excited to open the slow cooker in the mornin. Will be sending out PPV requests at this time. Sorry if Anyone of y’all are early sleepers. Just means you’ll have a little treat in the morning if you get anything.
