So far I've been hiding it especially while it was still visibly gross looking but you will probably notice the scar now and then right at the top of the underwear line. I really don't care if some find it unattractive because it's made my life SO much better. No more pain and some peace of mind. Maybe at some point I'll do a tattoo for it but we'll see.
