I tag Nate with the same release form we've been using almost a year, but now for some reason it isn't working. Trying to work with OF support but they are slow and absolutely no help. We'll probably just have him go through the process of filing out a new release form which might be easier than getting someone in their support with enough knowledge to fix the problem.
