Added 2022-03-13 23:20:45 +0000 UTCJust got done with a 2 day hiking/photography adventure at the Ice Caves in Snoqualmie. Yes, it was VERY cold. The hike there took about 3hrs, crossed a river in 33° weather, hiked through snow, and even took pictures in a pond. All this to find out they bombed an avalanche over the cave themselves and we were unable to go in. Camped the night, got around 14°, and hiked back the next morning. I hurt my knee, I'm exhausted, and didn't get to see the caves, but 10/10 would do it again. I enjoyed it and it was BEAUTIFUL hiking up there and the mountains themselves were AMAZING. I'm hoping the pictures turned out, so I can show y'all, because I didn't bring my phone with me on this hike. 🥲 My only regret. Wearing nothing but some animal print undies. 😌
