Loving my body has meant that I started caring enough to learn about how to care for my curly hair, I started putting energy into my dental checkups & that I started stretching & dancing daily. It also means that I started loving my body enough to feed it nutritious meals. This is the only body I will have in this lifetime so I am determined to take care of it and to do it well.
