I love pole and getting up and figuring out new tricks✨ and mastering old ones. although recently not being able to take in person classes has really set my pole journey back and that’s okay!! 🤗 i found a solution to my problems by finding a online course where i can learn new moves at my own pace!!! i’m so excited to pick back up my passion and truly see where this takes me!!!!! 🥹💕 here’s a short video i put together of some basic essentials for pole if you’d like to follow along as I share my knowledge with you all!!! 🤩🦋🧚🏼
