Workout Notes: - 3 Burpees, 3 Step-Ups (each side), 3 Sit-Ups.. 6 Burpees, 6 Step-Ups (each side), 6 Sit-Ups. 9 Burpees.... etc. - Continue working up the ladder in reps as high as you can. Only stop increasing when the 12 Minute Clock runs out.
