I go in-depth in the video, but basically Tabata is just one style of interval training. 4 minutes, 8 rounds, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, then repeat!! Tabata is really hard to time yourself so I recommend going to Youtube and searching 'tabata timer.'
