

The before a sweaty 💦💦 morning run. I exercise every single day, give or take a few days 😂 because rest days and recovery is extremely important! Too many people push themselves so hard that they get injured and can't workout for weeks!! Only to push their progress back. It's better to give your body proper healing time with quality sleep.
