From now on, I'm going to need payment upfront before I start filming any custom videos, that we have agreed upon. As we discuss the content of your video, I'll always make sure to get into as much detail as possible so that we can agree on the right pricing before filming begins. This means that there won't be any surprise bonus payments after the video is done. I know this might be different from how it worked in the past, but unfortunately, I've had some experiences where I've put in a lot of work for a custom video, and then the client disappears without paying. As you can imagine, that's not cool for me. So, to make sure that we're all on the same page and that everything runs smoothly, I'll need payment before we start filming. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but I'm confident it will make things better for everyone in the long run.
