So listen to this about 4-5 times and the trigger should be planted, you need to have someone you trust to put their hand on the back of your head and say "relax" and it should put you under, this will not work in a for-ced scene, you must consent and trust the person. They can wake you up by counting up to three and telling you to wake up, in the event they forget how to count, I have also included the wake up clip, have them play it to you, and you will wake up. The spiral will be up soon, but it will be a long one so it will be huge and take a looooooong time to upload as I have shit internet atm.
