I respect these parts of me as reminders that I am human, I am mortal, I am beautiful and I am okay. ✨ So many standards placed upon us for our avatars to look or be a certain way. News flash but sometimes our bodies have a different agenda than our minds conceptualize. For me that manifests through acne and chronic pain, my body wants rest and clean food but my mind and soul crave adventure and burgers. It’s all about balance y’all. I hope this Monday you stand tall in your skin and refrain from letting your outward appearance dictate how you feel about yourself.
