









Mental health. This journey is on going. Some days I’m just so tired. Some days I have no words. Some days I forget the struggle. Some days I sit with it. Depression puts itself above everything C-PTSD reminds me relentlessly Anxiety holds my breath How can I function like this? I look in the mirror, reminding myself I am in control and find my way outside where I can find stillness in the trees. Anyone else struggle? I’m always open to talk about mental health, I’m all about breaking the stigma. My PTSD has been especially challenging for me recently. Never hesitate to reach out, you’re not alone.
