However, hypothetically, the best way to ch0ke someone would probably be to apply pressure directly to the carotid arteries on either side of the neck rather than the windpipe. Do not put any pressure on the windpipe. These arteries carry bl00d rich in oxygen from the heart to the brain. When they are compressed the brain loses oxygen and accumulates carbon dioxide, which creates a giddy, euphoric feeling that heightens all your senses. These sensations will last from three to five seconds, after which the person being ch0ked will pass out. Given the very high risks, ch0king should never be done alone. A person who ch0kes their partner should also be familiar with CPR. Ch0king a partner until they pass out should never be attempted by anyone who is not already very experienced with ch0king and even then it is very risky Communication before, during, and after ch0king is crucial.
