Before you start, you must first get on all fours, and say out loud "I surrender myself to you, Mistress Mistykk." and then kiss the floor three times. Using a permanent marker, write “I belong to Mistress Mistykk” somewhere on your body you can see in the mirror. You may have to shave in order to do this. Leave it written until it fades (you may only touch yourself while the writing is visible, so make it last!). Every time you touch yourself this week, you must be kneeling and looking at yourself in the mirror. You must say out loud “I belong to you, Mistress Mistykk” when you cum. You must also choose 2 days this week to be denied any sexual stimulation. You must still do your ritual on days you are denied.
