


‘Skinny’ CARBONARA 🥬 I’ve had so many messages asking me to post my meals so here it is! 😋 Very quick & easy to make! 📖Ingredients (2 servings): 1 onion 3 rashers of bacon 2 cloves of garlic 2 cups of spinach 1 Cup of peas 1 tbsp of pesto 40g Parmesan cheese 1 egg 2 servings of the pasta of your choice (about 150 grams) 🍽 Method: 1. Chop up the onion and bacon. Throw in a frying pan on medium heat. -start cooking pasta- 2. Add the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend together. (Three 20 seconds pulses, unless you want smoother then continue blending). 3. Place the blended ingredients into your pan with your cooked pasta & stir together for 3-6 minutes. Add a pinch of salt & pepper for extra taste!
