Added 2020-09-22 12:13:53 +0000 UTCWhat I’m going to be focusing on the next 2 months is the splits! 👀 I used to be able to do them without stretching but it’s been so long and I lost it 😪 The most important thing to remember is that it takes time! When you’re holding theses stretches make sure you’re focusing on you’re breathing and well as form. It’s okay to push yourself a little but you don’t want over do it 💜 This is just a clip of my 45 minute stretch but this happens to be my constant go to because it provides one of the deepest leg stretches you can get.
