Well, the people have spoken so here is one of the easiest, most effective, and quick leg workouts you can do anywhere, using any item as elevation. It’s honestly up to you how many sets/reps you want to do but I normally stick to 3x15 Since I’m not home where I do my normal routine, I’m improvising! Nothing like getting a quick workout in before relaxing by the pool 😎πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘™ (Sometimes I hateeee watching long videos, I would rather just see the run down of what to do just that in my videos)
