It's where I've discovered abilities I never knew I had. Touching my head with my toe, standing on my head, finding balance – it's all been a revelation. Sometimes I fall, but it's all part of the journey. In this space, I feel like I'm in the middle of a forest. It's a deeper connection with nature, less hustle, more peace. Here, thoughts about money and material things fade away. It's all about the value of the moment, focusing on breath and body. And what I love most is how the teacher encourages us, especially when something doesn't work out for me or other students. He says, 'Not today, maybe the next day. Practice, practice, practice.'
