I've been away from the gym for so long now, I can't even remember the count of days. This period has brought a subtle shift within me. It's hard to tell if I've changed or if it's just my perception. During this hiatus, I've turned to yoga and honed my sense of balance. It dawned on me how finding balance in our physical form might reflect achieving balance in life itself. Yet, here I am, nestled in bed, contemplating my return to more rigorous physical activities like gym workouts. I'm in a quandary, wondering if that rigorous path is still for me. How do you feel about the link between physical activity and overall well-being? Should one always stick to high-intensity workouts, or can practices like yoga offer a more profound sense of balance?
