Hey friends, I wanted to share a little glimpse of how I've been spending my days lately, and it's been quite a journey. Every morning, I used to wake up and find solace in a can of Coca-Cola, keeping myself occupied with snacks like chips or chocolates. But today, I had a moment of realization - I've been harboring self-pity, and that's something incredibly destructive. Yes, my gym membership expired, and my phone broke down, but that's no reason to let myself crumble. It's not a reason to spend days at home indulging in unhealthy food. I even stopped looking in the mirror, let alone taking pictures. It's been almost 10 days without exercise and discipline, and I can't even remember the last time I washed my hair, maybe also close to 10 days. Even though my gym membership is quite expensive, and three days at the gym cost $150, I've decided that now is the time to change. I've decided to take a shower, wash my hair, put on some workout gear, and hit the gym. It's time to get back on track, start moving towards a more positive future, and reprogram myself for positivity. Of course, I'll keep sharing moments like these with all of you. I love being my true self, and I'm determined to embrace it once again ❤️❤️❤️
