On this day we stopped there to have a look. While we were inspecting the conditions of the river, contemplating what to do, a local arrived in a small half ton truck. He got out of the car, looked at the river and said to us: ” I know this bridge, it will be fine.” He got in his little truck and drove onto the bridge...into the rushing water...and nearly lost it at the end. He made it, but I’m sure he had to put on clean underpants when he got home!😅😂
