Another workout! I’m trying to hit legs 3 times a week for the next two weeks at least, so I showed up still sore from Monday. So I just did some light deadlifts - sumo and conventional, glute drive (not shown, *pullups*, and some single leg calf and ankle work that I’ve added to every session, but typically don’t show.
