

What do I do for fun? This weekend I used a bunch of scrap wood and wire to fix up an old building for my peafowl, and Beau helped me wax dip some raw goat cheddar cheese. He says it tastes like goat, but I absolutely adore it... And since there's no way that I'm going to eat 5 lb by myself before it spoils, we decided to try this method to see if we could preserve it in smaller portions. Ideally, it should last months or years in a cool dark place, it will just get sharper. We also vacuum sealed it in plastic just to be safe. 😁
