




Catered a private dinner for 20 last week...
Meat & Cheese charcuterie board, spanakopita, and bruschetta as appetizers, followed by a buffet of fresh green salad garnished with layers of dried cranberries, purple onion, feta cheese, pecans, apple slivers, and house made vinaigrette, house made creamy pesto sauce over cheese ravioli, and Grandma's sausage and cheese lasagna. Desserts were a choice of Key Lime Pie, or New York style cheesecake in either Amaretto or Chocolate Mocha flavors, or plain with fresh whipped cream and blueberries. I think everything turned out very tasty!! What would you tip for a dinner like this?😋
