




We are getting ready for the holiday season at work by trying new recipes for treats for the catering side of the business... apparently complicated ones by the looks of the two recipes I got to try this last week! 😬🤷 An Apricot Couronne twisted wreath bread and Macarons....the later had a whole 1.5 pages of detailed instructions....I had to find another recipe using all purpose flour to follow as we didn't have almond flour on hand. Not bad for first attempts but I'm pretty sure I twisted that bread wrong. Better luck next week!! At least the boss was impressed 😁
