





I showed my littles how to sprout carrot tops...and now we have carrot top pesto! I'm out of Parmesan at the moment so I used some Nutritional yeast flakes (very different from baking yeast lol!), sesame seeds, garlic powder, walnuts, fresh lemon juice, dried basil and parsley, fresh spinach, olive and coconut oil, and Himalayan pink salt. I think it's delish over whole wheat noodles 😋
