Some of my self-care bedtime tips are to turn your bedroom into your sleep sanctuary by using cooling sheets, weighted blankets, and keeping the air below 72. Before hopping into bed, treat yourself to a luxury bath or shower and slather on lotion. Try to unwind and unplug before bed by grabbing a book or a cup of tea. Last but not least, try to keep a consistent schedule for optimal sleep! 🥱💤
