Added 2022-11-12 01:17:14 +0000 UTCVeterans Day Message: If you are a veteran (past, present, future) please know I am completely grateful of your service to my country because I think it is important to recognize that my freedom (to create content like this in the US) wouldn't be possible if it weren't for your commitment to our constitution. We all know that we are living in very mentally wearing times but I think it is important to recognize the people who choose to put the lives of others before theirs to preserve the vision that the founders had hoped for. My father was a Marine. That man was the only man who returned from his entire senior class immediately after high school. My grandfathers were marked career servicemen with impressive accommodations and stories that I will never forget and respect hearing. My former geriatric patients told me story after story about wartime loves and losses and thrilling adventures. Those older generations of vets had no choice but to march into the unknown and hope they return to tell their tales. These newer generations have an entirely new viewpoint of storytelling but the bravery has remained unwavering. I'm so damn glad I've been blessed to know some really tough mother fuckers who went hard when they had to because there was no other choice. I know the world wants more peace so my page is just here to be a bit of sunshine in a world of rapid changing uncertainties. So, a heartfelt thank you for your heart of solid gold. You're loved and appreciated. (The rest of you readers, as well - because everyone can use a bit more time absorbing positivity. Kisses.)
