It’s difficult being a sex worker and having reproductive issues. I’ve struggled with imbalances, cysts, and irregularities for years. I was recently diagnosed with pcos. What does that mean? I get recurring cysts on my ovaries. What does that mean for my work here? Sometimes it is physically painful to create content. If I weren’t in pain so often I’d happily be pounding out content (all pun intended.) unfortunately I barely even have sex at all. However on top of it all, I received a call from my doctor yesterday that some of my test results came back irregular. Again. Today I have to go for a biopsy of my cervx. They are going to physically take out a piece of my cervx to check for cancer. which will not only be painful, but further limit my work. I will be unable to create video content for a few weeks because of this. Obviously I am terrified for many reasons. The possibility of cancer, how this will impact my move into my new apartment, the potential of losing subscribers, and how I will care for my animals when I’m instructed not to lift more than 10lbs. My mother had cervical cancer, so my likeliness is already tripled. This isn’t my first rodeo with cancer screening, as I already had surgery when I was 15 for a biopsy for breast cancer. I will continue to post photos from this forest shoot, but I figured I’d explain what will be happening. Nothing is definite. There is no official diagnosis. I will keep you guys updated.
