This week I lost another friend to drugs in an Intentional overdose. I knew her for 10 years. In the last three months I’ve lost 4 people. Not a single one because of covid itself. Please please know that no matter what you’re important. You are loved. You are valued. You deserve to be alive. And crazy drugs are just not worth the risk. Please. Be safe. Be healthy. Stay alive. Choose to live.
