Added 2023-12-02 12:48:38 +0000 UTCHelp! Every year I make major craft gifts for the kids in my neighborhood, or the ones I taught in theatre, or just dropped them at shelters. The video shows what I made last year, and talks about what I want to make this year! I want to make several journals out of cookbooks to take to assisted living centers so that women can write down some of the recipes that they've been holding on to for so long. I would give my right arm to have some of my mother's old recipes. Especially if they were written in her handwriting. These journals have spaces for writing recipes, receipts, pictures, drawings, etc.. and are easily inserted with regular recipe pages. I use vintage cookbooks, and am requesting any donations of those. Especially the recipe books that have a year on it. Also, if you'd like to kick me down 5 or 10 bucks for some of the supplies, I would really appreciate it! Now if I can just find some assembly line help. Luckily I have all the good tools already, like an industrial hole punch. If you send $20 I will give you my Cleopatra boy/girl video as well.
