Most of us seem to unthinkingly assume that we do have this awareness, and we only occasionally allow it to be obscured by various interventions - social pressures, attempts to reinforce our images, guilt, etc.🤔 In fact, such open and free awareness is extremely rare, and only people skilled in meditation and some other arts of contemplation can develop it to a significant level🔝🔝🔝
