CHAKRAS: Root - base of spine - red - feeling grounded, abundant, whole, here. Sacral - fun bits area - orange - feeling passionate, creative, worthy. Solar Plexus - torso - yellow - feeling confident, courageous, guided. Heart - heart - green - feeling loveable, loving, connected. Throat - throat - blue - feeling like we can speak our truth, open, abundant. Third Eye - in between eyebrows - feeling guided, divinely connected, intuitive.
