

I’m seeing light at the end of this crazy tunnel that have been the last few months. I’m grateful to all that supported me and are still there even with my long breaks between appearances. If you’re going through a tough/stressful time, I highly recommend practicing meditation. I used to have several spiritual/holistic practices but I stopped. Along with breath work (Wim hof), tapping and journaling, I came back to meditation and it saved me to learn to do it properly. It’s not about not having any thoughts! Which is what I used to believe.
