Cooked for me and my gf a lunch⨠Love cooking honestly, especially for her, she is so happy when I give her food. It's always fun to comply with all the dietary requirements with my friends and family - vegetarian plus gluten-free this time!
It looks healthy, doesn't it? I just...might add a bit more calories than necessary to all meals I cook... Using heavy cream instead of normal one for cooking. Putting more butter inside. More cheese. Normal cream instead of milk. Choosing bigger plates so i tend to eat bigger servings. Encourage myself to get even second serving, sometimes third.
My gf always knows what's in the dish and it's her choice how much she wants. I would NEVER fatten her up secretly! But I do it for myself. I can eat more like that. Which means I also gain more.
I will get so fat when we move together one day and i start cooking regularly.
