Added 2020-09-23 21:45:45 +0000 UTCHappily 100% bisexual and known it since I was 18 years old. I started to recognise it a little bit before then, thanks to being raised by open minded parents. Luckily, I’ve never had to put up with anyone telling me it’s a phase. My husband loves and accepts that it is a part of who I am. I know many others are not so lucky, so while I don’t feel the need to announce it for my sake, I do for theirs. Bisexuality is not something that switches on or off, it is not something that you can get out of your system. It is endless possibilities and the ability to see and appreciate beauty in both sexes. Many are too narrow minded to see that and some are simply in denial about their own sexuality; whatever their issues are, they not mine and I do not intend to let them tell me how I should live my life. I hope that this post might help others find the resolve to do the same 💜💖🧡💛💚💙
