If a women is pregnancy or just had a baby it will get darker more swollen cause they r filled with milk... Also if her boobs are drained there is a different smell and discoloration at times. Also what you eat will affect the smoothness of an areola or.nipple... Just a lil food for thought Titz are chameleons
