I'll go first, lol. Today I found a mossy fallen tree in the park, and walked across it like it was a tightrope. It was a good time 😂
I'm in a weird spot right now - I'm excited to share myself with you again after my absence, but I'm incredibly anxious at the same time.
My body and mind are still tender (the other day I hoovered two dusty arse rooms in the house and crashed for two days 😅) and it's tricky to navigate getting back into the swing of daily life while having to pace myself. Which is why I'd love to hear about some of your joy 🥰
