It brought to light the changes I've been thinking of making for a long time. It opened my eyes to some behavior patterns and ways of thinking that no longer fit the person I am trying to become. At times this was a real struggle for me. Saying goodbye to old patterns can be like ending a relationship that's not right for you. Even though it has to be done, it still kind of sucks. But I'm beginning 2022 with forward momentum. Healthy diet, building my credentials for buying a house, starting school, working out and getting stronger. Happy New Year everyone!!
